Edward Garcia Balderas

Edward Garcia Balderas, 46, of Amarillo passed from this life on Friday, April 13, 2018. Services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, April 17, 2018 in Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of LaGrone Blackburn Shaw Funeral Directors, 8310 S. Coulter Road.

Edward was born on April 14, 1971 to Trini Garcia in Raymondville, Texas. He moved to Amarillo in 1994. Edward married Linda Cleek on May 25, 2001 in Amarillo. He enjoyed making pictures by wood burning and was an avid Longhorn fan. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother and uncle.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Trini Allen and a niece Raven Mathis.

Edward is survived by his wife, Linda; a son, Alexander Cleek; grandchildren, Aaliya and Zander Cleek; two sisters, Paulina Balderas and Melissa Brown and her husband Jimmy; parents, Sandra and Earl Keys Sr.; and niece, Jasmine Mathis.
