Hal Owen

Hal Brayden Owen, 66, of Amarillo died Friday, December 15, 2017

Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel.  Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.  Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.

Hal was born June 15, 1951, in St. Louis, Missouri to H.B. and Dorothy Owen.  He served as a minister since 1969. Hal was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Tulia.

Hal married Nancy Scott on May 15, 1982.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Stephanie Peery Owen.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Owen; and two sisters, Renée Brooks and Wanda Hendrix.
